We are all interconnected and living breathing receivers, conductors, and radiators of energies. Energies from the planets, sun, moon, living and non-living things around us constantly interact with us. When we act in conflict with the nature of the five elements, our bodies and environment alert us and try to return us in synch with the elements. When this happens we experience stress, disease, failure, accidents, misfortune. Outward remedies do not address the root cause of our problems.
