What happens at your Home affects your business

A renowned business family in Orissa was going through major losses at all business fronts. They consulted various professionals to bring their business to a stability, but to no avail. Finally, they heard of DSA and invited him for a land scan. As usual, DSA scanned their business and asked to scan their homes too. 

DSA senses asynchrony in their homes and advised the father to exchange rooms with his son.  It was an unusual request, but they complied and within six months the relationship between the father and son improved and the business became stable and profitable again.  

Despite being more experienced in business, the father occupied a room of lower wavelength which drained his power instead of enhancing it. The son occupied the room of higher wavelength. This enhanced power in his inexperience. Once the rooms were interchanged, the power nourished the appropriate resources, and that reflected in the business decisions. 

When A rare mirAcle happened. BUSINESS CAME OUT OF NCLT

A Bengaluru based builder’s project of luxury apartments came into NPA category and ban wanted to take over. Since the builder was quite senior, he was in a confusion if should let the bank take over or try to save the project. He consulted DSA for this. 

DSA recommended that since the land was a wasteland, it was taking time but if he continued working on the project he would be out of NCLT within six months. The property was of around INR 300 cr, so the builder decided to up the stakes and continue the project. Within seven months the project flipped in his favor and came out of NCLT category. Such flip happens rarely but it can happen if right decisions are made. 

NEVER TOO LATE TO REKINDLE ROMANCE

An elderly professor of Mathematics once invited DSA for a consultation. Instead of asking him about the issue, DSA took a walk around his house and advised the gentleman to interchange sleeping sides on bed with his wife. Within a month, the professor called him thrilled about the sudden burst of romance and tenderness in his married life.

The energy flows from NE to SW. Traditionally, in India the wife is younger than the husband based on various roles the man and woman are supposed to play in family life. People are subconsciously conditioned to behave in a certain way. So when the wife lays in the area of longer wavelength and the husband lays in the area of shorter wavelength, the flow of the forces is obstructed. The earlier sleeping positions for the husband suppressed his frequency, while enhancing that of his wife, hence creating a constant friction in their marriage.

The interchange positioned them in suitable frequencies and smoothened the rough edges in their relationship. It is noteworthy here that our cultural influences play an important role in decoding the effect of land on us.

SOLVED MYSTERY, UNRESOLVED CASE

Three brothers, who managed a large hotel conglomerate in India once found themselves in need of consultation. DSA advised them to not divulge the problem, instead let him identify them himself. DSA visited the home of one brother, met his wife and fourteen-year-old son. After fifteen minutes he told the man that he was lucky to not have been divorced.

The gentleman reclined in a chair and revealed to DSA that he had already been divorced. He had invited his wife to mislead DSA. DSA gave him the reasons for his divorce and offered to reverse the divorce if they so wished. The husband was quite eager to return to his wife, but the wife refused to reverse the divorce. For a marriage to work the frequencies of the husband and wife have to match but in this case the husband and wife were both in conflicting high frequencies. The wife being on the higher side. This made them incompatible intimacy wise. DSA had solved the mystery but had to leave it unresolved. The client, however, was so impressed by the readings of DSA  that he shot an email to his friends and acquaintances introducing DSA  and his work to them.

THE CASE OF ABUSED LAND

A client once consulted him on a hotel project stuck in Lucknow. DSA made a site visit and told him that the land had seen murder, rape and various abuses and was not disposed for the building a Hotel. The client agreed that he had been arrested for a murder before. DSA withdrew himself from the project on ethical grounds.

WHEN THE LAND REFUSES, MAN MUST CONFORM

When DSA takes a project he visits the home, office and workshop/factory of the owners to identify the point of discord. When he visited the establishments of a Pune based industrialist, he identified the root of their financial losses was in their new office. The head of the group was quite surprised at the accuracy of DSA’s readings because the losses began a year after their shift. The office was Vaastu compliant, but the land did not support financial growth. Most of the offices in that building were facing financial losses in various degrees. DSA recommended a change of office space. The shift in the office influenced the decision making of the group and they automatically shut down the loss-making factories and shifted them to better locations. Within a year the new factories started ringing profits. Even if a few elements of Vaastu are out of place, it does not disrupt your life or business. A renowned builder in Mumbai was at the verge of insolvency and they were focussed on selling a large centrally located property in Mumbai to fetch them some financial relief. DSA visited their 27 projects, including the homes or the participating directors. DSA visited the property that the builders had put on sale and advised them to divert attention to another property in other subarbs. The builder agreed and within a few months they generated liquidity to help them out of solvency. DSA has done many projects for this group and is highly respected his contribution to their business. Sometimes the need of the hour is to let one of the projects stand still for a while and shift focus to something which can generate immediate results. DSA’s wisdom lies in being able to identify such times.

WHEN THE LAND AVERTED SUICIDE

DSA accompanied a business tycoon to the house of another prominent businessman. Just the selection of cars in the private garage of the gentleman was intimidating. When they reached the entrance lobby of the villa, DSA sensed suicidal tendencies and advised his friend to not enter the Villa. The friend, however, told the gentleman about DSA not wanting to come in. The gentleman took DSA to his den and confessed his suicidal intentions. Based on the topography and artificial elements in the vicinity of his house, DSA elaborated on the causes for his depressive state. He recommended methods to divert the land forces from melancholy to vibrancy and the gentleman began to experience a shift towards positivity and hope.
