A Meticulously Crafted Modus Operandi

DSA’s value offer includes a detailed review, physical audit & suggestions based on Landspeaks:

DSA Begins His Study with:

  • The residence of key stakeholders
  • The key business/activity installations
  • A review of the performance of the scheduled list of departments (additional audits may be required on mutual agreement)
  • Future projects under consideration

This method is agile enough to transform as a vehicle for other interventions and systems. Hence, one need not disturb any existing process and interventions.

A civil engineer & a projectpreneur par excellence, DSA is a coveted consultant on massive infra ventures. DSA’s approach involves five stages. He examines the project from a 360-degree perspective & elicits customized solutions to facilitate his clients to their envisioned objectives.

The Six Stages of DSA’s Approach:

1. Potency Evaluation

A preliminary site visit is conducted to evaluate the potency of the intended project based on:

  • Undulation of the ground platform, and topography
  • Inclination of the land
  • Relative position of the land
  • Shelf weight of the structure
  • Differential potential disposition (sub-terrain ground and over-ground) of the site
  • Spatial orientation of the site

2. Analysis & Audit

Analysis and Audit of the preliminary observations to present strategies for optimal techno-commercial outcomes for the project.

3. Strategy Workshop

DSA further interacts comprehensively with the clients and their team. In case of a ground field project, the discussion focuses on performance feasibility of the venture, and in case of a greenfield project, the concentration is on the existing status of the project, its effects, and ways to enhance the performance.

4. Recommendations

We may modify the scheme to suit the project. The TAT for each project also differs based on the complexity of the project and its mandate.

5. Implementation

We apply the recommended strategies under the vigilant supervision of DSA.

6. Evaluation & Effect Mapping

DSA conducts an ongoing appraisal of his strategies, their implementation, the outcomes, and any new hurdles arising thereof through the project cycle.

Pre-Requisites:

Before we embark on a detailed analysis, it is favorable to study the existing technical drafts, sketches of the site to optimize the turnaround time:

  • Project sanction / work order
  • Master plan of the site
  • Plane Table Plan
  • Topographic Map
  • Land Survey Sheets depicting the locality
  • Maps depicting general contour of the locality

Since each project requires specific attention, the prerequisites are tentative in nature.
